Netcom: Not Yet In Enough Pain

One of my current rants is about Netcom's poor service. I've been a customer of Netcom since it began and they have been promising an HTTP server and personal web space almost as long as I've been here. The only reason I haven't jumped ship yet is:

I'm lazy
Service has actually been improving of late. Note, for example, that you can actually load HTML pages off the FTP server these days.
